Fat Tire - Amber Ale

I recently had the chance to try this tasty brew for the first time when I visited some friends in Raleigh, NC.  To say that it is a quality beverage lacks the true impact, but perhaps knowing that we cleared out the entire inventory on hand, much to our dismay, might demonstrate my point.

Fat Tire is a product of the New Belgium Brewing Company out of Fort Collins, CO.  If you get the chance, I highly recommend getting your hands on some.  You won't regret it.

Here is what the brewer has to say about it: "Fat Tire won fans is in its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness."  Translation = yum!
